Titanium Lifting vs Onda vs Thermage in Seoul: Compare the Treatment Goal

Treatment Guide · VS LINE CLINIC GANGNAM

Titanium lifting, Onda and Thermage use different energy approaches. A shared lifting label does not establish the same biological effect or duration. Compare the device, target concern and strength of the available evidence.

What does Titanium lifting mean?

Korean Titanium lifting services commonly refer to treatment using combined 755, 810 and 1064 nm wavelengths. Confirm the actual model and protocol. Three wavelengths do not guarantee three separate lifting benefits.[1][2]

Is there published research?

There is preliminary skin-rejuvenation research and a small Soprano Titanium facial-contouring case series. These are early findings, not large long-term comparative trials.[1][2]

How do Onda and Thermage differ?

Onda uses microwaves and Thermage uses monopolar radiofrequency. Decide whether the concern is fat, laxity or skin texture; raw shot or energy numbers do not rank these different technologies.[4][3]

Is it a guaranteed instant treatment for a trip?

Immediate appearance and lasting improvement differ. Results from a multi-session study cannot be presented as a one-visit promise. Discuss heat, discomfort, redness and considerations relating to skin and hair characteristics.[1]

Should I combine all three?

Each procedure needs a separate purpose in your plan. Consider sequencing, cumulative heat and recovery time, and avoid assuming an unstudied combination produces a larger benefit.

What do FDA records and clinical studies say?

Soprano Titanium. Soprano Titanium has FDA clearance K222064 for specified applications such as hair reduction and benign vascular lesions, depending on mode and applicator. This record is not a facial-lifting indication. A separate 2023 triple-wavelength study reported skin improvement in 28 women after five sessions, two weeks apart; its clinical findings should be distinguished from FDA clearance.[FTI][TI1]

Thermage FLX. Thermage FLX has FDA 510(k) clearance, K170758, for noninvasive wrinkle treatment, including the eye area; the RF-only indication includes upper and lower eyelids. A 2025 randomized study used Thermage CPT as a comparator. That study provides RF treatment context, but it is not a direct trial of FLX 600 versus 900 shots.[FT][T3]

Onda. The cited 2022 microwave study enrolled 48 people for six sessions, two weeks apart, and reported improved submental fat and laxity scores. It does not establish a one-session result. Our review of public FDA clearance records did not verify an ONDA/Coolwaves clearance for this use, so this article does not describe Onda lifting as FDA-cleared.[O1][OD]

Can I compare Titanium, ONDA and Thermage prices on the same basis?

Do not treat different devices’ shot counts or energy figures as equivalent treatment doses. Compare the intended goal, areas, device and handpiece, visits, pain management and total cost. Confirm that the equipment explained at consultation matches the treatment you booked.

How should you compare prices?

Start with the official treatment and price page, then request an itemized quote naming the device or product, treatment area, dose or shot count, and sessions. Confirm taxes, anesthesia or pain management, follow-up charges, optional treatments and any offer conditions before booking.

Planning repeat visits or a trip to Korea

If you live locally, discuss when you can return. If visiting Korea, share your arrival, departure and important event dates. English, Chinese and Japanese interpretation is available; request your preferred language when booking and confirm whether the consultation uses an interpreter or a clinician speaking that language. Confirm the treating clinician and appointment availability.

What should you arrange before leaving?

Ask for aftercare instructions, the timing of any review, whom to contact about a concern and which symptoms need medical attention. Before returning abroad, confirm how to contact the clinic and request treatment records, including the available language and issue process. Seek medical assessment for suspected complications rather than waiting only for an online reply.
