Hand Injection or an Injector for Skin Boosters?
Treatment Guide · VS LINE CLINIC GANGNAM
The delivery tool alone cannot determine a skin booster’s result. The material, intended tissue layer and distribution should guide the choice. A useful consultation explains why a particular method fits your skin and treatment area.
When might hand injection be considered?
It allows the clinician to adjust placement and spacing from point to point. That does not automatically make every hand injection more accurate or effective. Planning and the clinician’s experience remain essential.
What can an automated injector offer?
Depending on the device, it can assist repeated delivery with selected amounts or speeds. Facial contours and skin thickness still vary, so settings do not replace clinical judgment. Different injectors should not be treated as interchangeable.
Do larger bumps mean better delivery?
Visible bumps are not an effectiveness score. Their appearance can reflect placement, the amount at a point and swelling. The intended distribution and subsequent clinical course are more useful than judging a photograph immediately after treatment.
Does less pain mean a weaker result?
Pain intensity is not a reliable measure of effectiveness. Appropriate preparation and pacing can reduce discomfort without changing the treatment goal. Likewise, comfort alone does not establish that one technique gives better results.
What should I compare at consultation?
Ask about the product, area, intended depth, total amount, distribution and recovery. If more than one delivery method is proposed, ask what each contributes. The explanation should relate to your skin rather than a universal ranking of tools.
Before your consultation
For skin boosters in Korea, compare the delivery plan and its rationale, not only the name of the device.
What has clinical research reported about PDLLA skin treatment?
Juvelook / PDLLA. A preliminary PDLLA and non-cross-linked HA study, including researchers from Korea University Ansan Hospital, reported skin improvements in 16 participants treated two or three times at four-week intervals. This small study supports further clinical consideration; it does not establish every Juvelook formulation, dilution or dose, or constitute FDA product approval.[J1]

Questions to bring to your consultation
Ask about the product, areas and volume, why hand injection or an injector is proposed, pain-management components and costs, and recovery time before your next event.
How should you compare prices?
Start with the official treatment and price page, then request an itemized quote naming the device or product, treatment area, dose or shot count, and sessions. Confirm taxes, anesthesia or pain management, follow-up charges, optional treatments and any offer conditions before booking.

Planning repeat visits or a trip to Korea
If you live locally, discuss when you can return. If visiting Korea, share your arrival, departure and important event dates. English, Chinese and Japanese interpretation is available; request your preferred language when booking and confirm whether the consultation uses an interpreter or a clinician speaking that language. Confirm the treating clinician and appointment availability.
What should you arrange before leaving?
Ask for aftercare instructions, the timing of any review, whom to contact about a concern and which symptoms need medical attention. Before returning abroad, confirm how to contact the clinic and request treatment records, including the available language and issue process. Seek medical assessment for suspected complications rather than waiting only for an online reply.
